SmashboxLoveMeLipEnhancingGloss ChesapeakeFamilyAboutFaceSmashbox’s two most recent collections, Image Factory and Love Me, offer a variety of new products, including lip glosses and blushes. How do the Lip Enhancing Gloss, Airblush Whipped Cheek Color, and Love Me Blush hold up?

By Roxana Hadadi

Smashbox is one of those underrated brands whose seasonal collections always include one or two new products that are seriously worth checking out—we specifically loved the brand’s Reflection High Shine Lip Gloss and Limitless 15 Hour Wear Cream Shadow when we reviewed them some weeks ago. So what about items from their recent Image Factory and Love Me collections? Do those hold some hidden gems, too?

Image Factory was the brand’s fall 2012 collection, with two eyeshadow palettes, two eye liners, two lip gloss duos, and the new Airbrush Whipped Cheek Color, which was provided to me for review in the shade Berry Bliss (the shade Dusty Rose was also launched). Love Me was the brand’s spring 2013 collection, a collaboration with graffiti artist Curtis Kulig; the “love me” phrase is one of his most well-known tags. That collection included two eyeshadow palettes, two new shades of lipstick, a pen-style liquid eyeliner, Love Me Blush in the shade Idolize Me, and two shades of the new Love Me Lip Enhancing Gloss; the blush and glosses were provided to me for review.

Are any of these products worth checking out before they disappear from stores? For my thoughts, read on!
