I’ll be honest and say I don’t pay that much attention to deodorant; I usually just buy whatever is on sale and call it good. I’m not necessarily committed to any specific fragrances or even brands; I’m fairly random with it.
Which is why I’m totally interested in trying something new to me: Lavanila The Healthy Deodorant in Pure Vanilla. As a brand, Lavanila Laboratories focuses on natural, chemical-free products, and their deodorant is no exception, promising “superior, long-lasting odor protection” with “soothing essentials oils” and “powerful anti-oxidants … for daily defense and nourishment.”
The smell is seriously great (very fragrant, but not cloying), and I’m interested in trying some of the other vanilla-based fragrances, like Vanilla Coconut and Vanilla Grapefruit. (Is it weird that I want to eat those things?)
And finally, another thing that’s new to me this spring is Nip + Fab Stiletto Fix Leg + Foot Balm, which is supposed to revive tired feet and legs after a long day. The balm, which contains allantoin, peppermint, and glycerin, promises to soothe, cool, moisturize, protect, and refresh, and has more of a gel consistency than a straightforward lotion.
I can only wear sneakers so many days of the week, and when I have achy feet because of my heels, I’m hoping to slather this stuff on and clear up my pains. I’m going to consider it like Vicks VapoRub, but for my legs.
