Drop in for a family “Frozen Day of Play” Saturday, Feb. 21 at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Dowell.
The day of play and creativity will have kids exploring the wonders of winter and ice through a variety of art projects, pretend play, investigations and more. From frosty face painting, to winter games, to an indoor arctic play land, families can enjoy winter fun in the comfort of the warm gallerie.
Outside, visitors can play in the snow flurries or embark on an icy treasure hunt. The seasonal sensory experience is perfect for children of all ages. Warm drinks and sweet winter treats will be also be available in the café.
Drop in anytime from 1 to 4 p.m. The event is free with admission of $5 for adults, $3 for children ages 6 to 17 and free for children 5 and younger. For details visit Annmarie’s website.
