At Home Style: Lentil and Orzo Salad

Don’t be deceived by healthy. Lentils are tasty, inexpensive and a great source of high protein. 

What You Need:
1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
8 oz. orzo pasta, cooked, drained
8 oz.  dry lentils, rinsed, cooked and drained
2 medium carrots, shredded (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 cup  finely chopped celery (about 2 stalks)
1/2 cup chopped pitted black olives

Make It:
BEAT dressing and mustard in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.

COMBINE remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix well. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
