Three Baltimore restaurants have teamed up to present the Fork & Cork Dinner Series, highlighting each restaurant’s executive chef and sommelier. The four-course dinner and wine pairing events are offered at each featured restaurant: Wit & Wisdom, A Tavern by Michael Mina, AGGIO and Fleet Street Kitchen.
The executive chefs will rotate which courses they serve during the series, with the host chef and sommelier responsible for the entrée and pairing and the host pastry chef and sommelier presenting the final course. Guests will be able to enjoy the full experience at each restaurant.
All events start at 6:30 p.m. and cost $99 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Dates and locations are:
- Aug. 18 – Wit & Wisdom in the Four Seasons Hotel, 200 International Dr., Baltimore.
- Sept. 29 – AGGIO, 614 Water St., Baltimore
- Nov. 3 – Fleet Street Kitchen, 1012 Fleet St., Baltimore
Chef Zack Mills of Wit & Wisdom, Chef Bryan Voltaggio of AGGIO and Chef Chris Becker of Fleet Street Kitchen each will be accompanied by their restaurant’s sommelier, Julie Dalton, Chris Coker and Tim Riley, respectively.
Sommeliers will only know the menu one day in advance and will share cellars and select wine pairings the day of the event at the host restaurant.
Guests who purchase tickets to all three events will receive a $25 gift card to each restaurant and a chance to win dinner for two at all of them.
