Bear’s Honeypot is having it’s grand opening this weekend in Odenton. The new store will feature all things local from jams, cow and goat cheeses to honey, eggs and milk.
After years of building strong relationships with a variety of local food producers, South River High School graduate Barret Lang recognized a need to make the local products available in a way that offers easy access for consumers and fair prices. His venture, Bear’s Honeypot, seeks to accomplish this goal. The grand opening is Saturday, July 21 beginning at noon and featuring a live band, bar-b-que, door prizes, and a raffle.
