Broadneck Kite FestivalGrab a kite, a picnic and head to Broadneck Park this Sunday, April 21 for the second-annual Kite Festival and Community Picnic.

The event will be held at Broadneck Park on College Parkway in Annapolis MD noon-4 p.m. Rain date will be April 28.
