Top of the World Observation Level
Finding landmarks is the game at the Top of the World observation level. Buildings, churches, factories, and bodies of water are numbered on panoramic photos near windows that are 27 stories above ground. On a clear day, you can see the Towson skyline and the Chesapeake Bay. The area is very spacious and the windows are low enough that kids can see the sights easily.
