Belair Cooperative Nursery School

The school is a non-profit, non-sectarian, and non-partisan organization. Our purpose is to provide children with a group experience that encourages the student’s awareness of and participation in the world around them. Parental involvement is an essential part of the cooperative school. Parents form the Board, govern the entire program, hire the teachers, assist in planning the educational program, and participate in the classroom on a rotating basis as teacher’s aides. The school also introduces the students to music appreciation as well as Spanish.  We have yoga in addition to Music and Spanish.
