Here are a few things to be on the lookout for and if you notice these behaviors it’s time to get help.
- Isolation – staying at home, not answering the phone or not posting on social media
- Change in Personality – irritable, crying
- Impulse control issues
- Feelings and thoughts of self harm
Most of all, let your friends and family know that getting help is okay.
