A day late, we're bringing you our usual Wednesday recipe on a Thursday (funny things happen when we're trying to get out the next issue of the magazine. In the sense that nothing happens except getting out the next issue of the magazine.)

From the best-selling recipe cookbook, Sizzle Sensational Barbecue Food by Julie Biuso, it's our delight to present you with a mouth-watering recipe for Deviled Chicken Wings.

The ingredients needed for this meal are: 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground cumin, finely grated zest of 1 lemon, freshly ground black pepper, 2 1/4 pounds of chicken wings (halved), and salt.

The first step to making this delectable dish is mixing the oil, paprika, cumin, lemon zest and a good amount of ground black pepper in a shallow dish. Then add chicken wings and turn them to coat each wing with dressing. Cover and marinate the wings for at least one hour. Gently turn chicken wings in dressing, adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cook the wings over low to medium heat on an oiled barbecue for about 45 minutes or until cooked through and well-colored, basting the wings from time to time. Transfer the chicken wings to a platter and sprinkle with salt; serve them up hot or at room temperature as a barbecue meal.
