Don’t miss the Bowie Camp Fair for family fun, special offers

Meet camp staff, qualify for camp discounts and enjoy hands-on activities at Chesapeake Family’s Summer Camp Fair Saturday, April 2, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Kenhill Community Center in Bowie.

Representatives from 30 local and out-of-state day and overnight camps will be on hand to talk about summer opportunities and answer questions. Camp booths often feature fun activities, demonstrations, giveaways — and even reptiles!

Camp Eco Adventures at Camp FairKids can enjoy free face painting, balloon creations and a photo booth where they can be the featured “Camper of the Year.”

All attendees qualify for special camp discounts for attending the Chesapeake Family Camp Fair. Deals include discounted registration and fees. Campers can even bring a sibling or friend for free at one camp!

Also be sure to register for special Chesapeake Family door prizes at the door.

One lucky family will win a Family Fun Weekend at Tall Timbers.

Other door prizes include:
– Tickets to Six Flags America
– Tickets to Thomas & Friends, A Day Out With Thomas at the B&O Railroad Museum
– Bowie Baysox box seating for a weekday game

The fair and parking are free.

The Chesapeake Family Bowie Camp Fair is at the Kenhill Community Center, 2614 Kenhill Drive, conveniently located near U.S. Route 50 and MD Route 197.
