This week I have the most fantastic after-school snack you could think of: Banutter Cream Sandwiches. What the heck is banutter you ask? Only a healthy, banana-peanut buttery filling that you and the kids can pull together with almost no effort and very little mess. Just take frozen banana slices, mix them with a bit of creamy Jif peanut butter and a touch of honey and BOOM! A delicious filling ready to be sandwiched between two chocolate graham crackers for a handy treat. Make a few at a time and keep them in the freezer for a cool, delicious snack as long as this warm weather is hanging around. The kids will love them!
Banutter Cream Sandwiches
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

PEEL 2 ripe bananas and cut into 1-inch slices. Freeze bananas for at least 1 hour, then remove from freezer and put into blender.
ADD 4 rounded tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of honey, and blend well.
SPOON mixture onto graham cracker and place another graham cracker on top (should make 4 sandwiches).
PUT sandwiches in freezer until mixture is frozen solid.
