This fun and super simple recipe will be a huge hit on your breakfast table this week. Not only is this a great way to get some fruit on the plate, but this is the perfect recipe for even young kiddos to make themselves! It’s as simple as coating a peeled banana with peanut butter, then rolling in crispy rice cereal. To up the fun, serve on a plate with a set of chopsticks. The kids will have a blast and you’ll know that they’re getting a terrific breakfast too.
Breakfast Banana Sushi
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup crisp rice cereal
Spread peanut butter over the outside of the banana and then roll in cereal until coated.
Cut into thick slices and serve with a glass of milk.
