Whether for a big football game, New Year’s Eve or other gathering, you’re likely to appreciate a ready supply of appetizers, dips and nibbles. This kid-friendly version of buffalo chicken dip isn’t crazy spicy, though it does have a touch of heat to keep things interesting. I like to serve it with celery sticks, carrots, and crackers.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1/4 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce (you can modify to 2 T. if your family is very heat sensitive)
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to combine. Pour into a 1 quart baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir.
Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
