orange banana sipper sizedSchool is coming…soon! I’ve been working over the summer to think of things the kids will eat before they run out the door, and truthfully, those instant breakfast mixes just don’t do it for me. I’ve been on quite a smoothie kick recently, and remembered one my mom used to make for me back in the day. Called an Orange Fluff, I only remember that it had orange juice and milk. In order to pump things up, and make something that my kids can both make and drink in a jiffy, and will get them through the morning, I’ve found this handy recipe that ups the fruit a bit with some frozen banana, and keeps it healthy too, while adding lots of calcium. The kids will love it!
