Fruity Fizzy Party Punch

With New Year’s Eve just not too far away, I’m getting my party supplies ready for our grand celebration. (OK, I’ll totally be in bed by 10, won’t you?) My family has a long history of loving any kind of non-alchoholic punch we can find.

I came up with this recipe for a catering job a few weeks ago where they wanted something “fruity and fizzy.” This two ingredient punch fits the bill perfectly and is super tasty. The kids can even take charge of making it and keeping the pitcher or punch bowl full. It seems like a silly recipe, I know, but I promise, the whole family will love it!


Fruity Fizzy Party Punch

Serves 10-12

  • 2 two liter bottles ginger ale
  • 1 11.5-ounce container frozen White Grape Raspberry juice concentrate, thawed

Pour the thawed juice concentrate into your punch bowl. Add the ginger ale (it will make a foamy head), then add lots of ice. If you like, add scoops of orange sherbert to make it more of a float type dessert punch (my family loves the sherbert!)

If you’re using a pitcher, use half of the juice concentrate and one 2-liter bottle of ginger ale at one time. Also, feel free to mix up the juice concentrate you use, but I love the variety of flavors that Welch’s makes. They’re all mixed with grape juice, and the variety with peach is super yummy too.
