Not only will they cook in about the same amount of time it takes to preheat your grill and cook some awesome burgers, but the kids will gobble them down in a flash. The touch of sweetness from the honey works with the seasoned salt and garlic powder to make them an irresistible addition to your table. Give them a try this week!
Honey Roasted Potatoes
Serves: 4 to 6
- 2 pounds small red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 450-degrees F.
Coat baking sheet with sides with nonstick spray.
Cut potatoes into small to medium-sized pieces and place in pan.
Melt butter and honey, then drizzle over potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Stir potatoes halfway through cooking
