My daughterHummus Buffalo Wing Dip is obsessed with buffalo wings. Given the chance, she’d scarf them down every day. Of course, deep-fried, hot sauce-laden wings are not a regular part of our diet. This wing-esque dip however, takes the flavors of traditional buffalo wings and wraps them up in a healthier, tidier package. With several ingredients readily at hand in your pantry, and basic prepared hummus, you can satisfy even the most ardent wing lover with this easy weekday treat. Use carrots and cucumbers for dipping, and you’ll up the health quotient even more.


Hummus Buffalo Wing Dip

  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Sabra hummus

Whisk first seven ingredients together (vinegar through paprika). Add Sabra hummus and combine thoroughly.
