Strawberry Banana Smoothie Ice Pops

Summer is here! Let’s celebrate with super tasty, dare I say…healthier ice pops! Making delicious, economical pops at home is as easy as preparing an uber tasty smoothie, then freezing in some sort of mold. Yogurt lends a nice creaminess to the pops and by freezing the fruit before blending, you eliminate ice cubes and keep the flavor from being watered down. Don’t have ice pop molds? No problem! Use small paper cups, then cover with plastic wrap and pop a stick through the wrap. The wrap will help to keep the stick in place until the pop freezes. These are the perfect summertime treat…for all ages!
