Get your kids working on an amazing Lego creation to enter Franklin’s Toys Lego Expo and Building Contest this month and they could win a gift card to the store.
Kids can build a Lego model at home and bring it to either the Franklin’s Toys store in Severna Park or Annapolis between Aug. 10 and 23.
Here is the scoop:
- Use your own Lego, Duplo, or other Lego compatible plastic bricks. Creations can be a set built according to directions or creative use of loose bricks to make an original creation.
- Creations must be no bigger than 15″ x 15″ (the size of a standard Lego base plate).
- Each participant is allowed one entry.
- Entries will be accepted from Aug. 10-23 during store hours at both Franklin’s Toys locations.
- Voting begins on Aug. 24 and ends on Aug. 30 in each store. Ask a sales staff for a ballot. One vote per person per age group per day. The entry with the largest amount of votes in each age group will be the winner.
- Age groups will be: 2-5 years, 6-9 years, 10-13 years, and 14 years and older.
- Winners will be announced on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
- Prizes will be a $50 gift card to each first place winner and a $25 gift card to each second place winner in each store.
- Pick up your creation by Friday, Sept. 4!
