High on my list this winter are sweet, yummy snacks that won’t kill my waistline or bore the kids. I’ve been playing around with popcorn again ever since I saw Old Bay popcorn ready-made. One of the tricks to flavoring popcorn though, without going the whole buttery-caramel route, is making sure that whatever flavoring you add actually adheres to the popcorn. By using just a bit of cooking spray, you’ll add enough moisture to help the flavor stick to the popcorn without making the popcorn mushy or seriously upping the calorie count. Whip up a batch today and watch the kids gobble it all!
