Let your dog plunge into the Rhode River at the SPCA of Anne Arundel County’s Annual Puppy Plunge Aug. 20 from noon-4 p.m. at Camp Letts in Edgewater.
Dogs large and small can participate in the plunge and take part in the a doggy pie eating contest, beachwear parade and other canine activities. Attractions also include vendors, food and live music.
All funds raised for this event benefit the many animals in the care of the SPCA of Anne Arundel County. The event is $10 per person or $20 per car along with other fundraising opportunities. For details call 410-268-4388 or visit the SPCA of Anne Arundel County website, aacspca.org.
