Age Appropriate For: 13+. One character’s onscreen death from shooting and falling through a building, but he is immediately reborn, so his death has little impact; lots of monsters running around with large bellies and gaping mouths, but they’re incredibly CGI-ed and don’t look realistic at all; a fair amount of cursing; and some sexually themed jokes and content, like implied male nudity and a character mentioning that he has slept with prostitutes.
Some comic books should just stay comic books, and some movies should be burned and deleted and wiped from human memory. “R.I.P.D.” was one of those comic books and has turned into one of those movies.
