Easy Family Recipes: Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast PizzaChange up your breakfast routine this week...with pizza! If you get stuck in the breakfast rut with the same cold cereal or frozen waffles every day, this thin crust breakfast pizza will shake things up in your kitchen. If you're nervous about having to cook a few separate items in the morning, you can get a jump on your prep by sauteing the sausage the night before and storing it in the fridge so it's ready to go when you are. To prep your eggs, be sure to just lightly scramble before adding to your pizza. You'll want them nice and soft, as they'll firm a bit in the oven.
