It’s not too late to prevent the flu at your house this year. Make it a New Year’s resolution to get the flu vaccination for the whole family.
Seasonal flu activity usually peaks in January or February, so it is not too late to protect yourself from the flu, according to the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. Throughout January, the Anne Arundel County Department of Health will provide flu immunization clinics at Annapolis and Glen Burnie health centers. Both the flu shot and nasal spray vaccine are available, as well as high dose shots for seniors.
Appointments are not necessary.
