FranklyStein: Favorite pictures from my smart phone

Just over a year ago, I got my first smart phone, and now I have no idea how I lived without it.

I love that I can check my e-mail in the carpool line, put an appointment right into my calendar and send texts to work out the logistics in my crazy life.

But one thing I didn’t realize I would love so much is its ability to take pictures. There are so many times when I’ve forgotten my camera, but now it’s ok—I always have my phone.

Here are some of my favorite shots taken over the past year.

Jonah with Mary

I caught Jonah having a chat with Mary a couple of weeks ago outside of church.

Adam at the barber

Here’s Adam at the barber. They asked if he wanted a hot towel for his face. He hated it.

Lilly and Jonah hand in hand

In a rare moment last summer, Lilly and Jonah were caught holding hands.

Jonah on the pond

Jonah and I went for a walk on a beautiful evening in Rhode Island.

Maggie in Chinatown

Last winter just Maggie and I got away for an overnight in D.C.

Adam's first 5K

Adam finishing his first 5K last Thanksgiving, just infront of his dad.

Skins on the trampoline

Skins on the tranpoline.

Pop Pop reading trash

My dad, Pop Pop, catching up on pop culture.

Lilly at the farm
Lilly will never be to old to feed the goats.

What feature from your smart phone can you not live without?
