While parents take in live music and dance, the kids can engage in free fun provided by Busch Gardens Williamsburg at the Annapolis Irish Festival this Friday and Saturday.
Little Leprechaun Land, just for kids, is presented by Busch Gardens and will include pony rides, a music show with Seamus Kennedy, a bouncy castle, balloon sculptures, Irish step dance lessons, a magic show, games and more. Busch Gardens will also bring some of its animal ambassadors for a visit, and give away a trip to its theme park.
There will also be 13 bands on three stages including Gaelic Storm, Scythian immigrant road show and Dublin 5.
The event will be held July 12 from 4 to 10 p.m. and July 13 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Anne Arundel County Fair Grounds, Crownsville. Tickets are $20 online in advance. Kids 12 and under are free. For details visit the Annapolis Irish Festival website.
