Summer Fun—Day 2: Visit a museum with exhibits for infants and toddlers

While the older kids are still in school, take your toddler to a museum that offers engaging, fun exhibits for younger children.

Port Discovery W2

Several Baltimore and Washington area museums have special exhibits designed for infants and toddlers to learn as well.

Explore alongside your child at Port Discovery’s Tot Trails exhibit, which celebrate’s Maryland’s heritage, or attend Toddler Time at the B&O Railroad Museum where kids can hear stories, make crafts and ride a kiddie train to Choo Choo Blueville.

Most of these museums even offer free admission for kids under 2 years old.
