Holiday Fun Day 27—Walk through Annmarie Garden in Lights

Enter the glittering woods and stroll through the lights at Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons and see everything from astronauts to zebras and many other surprises all lit up.

Annmarie lights 1 WAnnmarie Garden in Lights is open to the public from Dec. 1 to Jan. 1, 6-9 p.m. nightly (closed Dec. 24-25). Guests will be surrounded by mythical beasts, wild animals, airplanes, pirates, princesses, circus performers, dinosaurs and a new whimsical train along the magical path. Because all the light sculptures are made at Annmarie, the designs are one-of-a-kind and made just for visitors to Annmarie Garden In Lights. The display includes over one million glittering bulbs.

Kids can enjoy the "Holiday I Spy Game" as well as nightly entertainment, special discount nights, sweet treats and other fun activities. Tonight, Dec. 20 is military appreciation night, and the featured entertainment is acoustic singers Eric and Bob.

Start your tour in the Arts Building where you will also find the Ornament Show & Sale, nightly entertainment, exhibits and the Holiday Cafe. Special nights include a Visit with Santa, Golf Cart Tours, Holiday Sweater Night, Super Fan Night, Family Game Night and Pet Night.
