Cookies don't have to be a complicated ordeal and are the perfect gift for neighbors, friends and teachers. It's also a good idea to have cookies on hand to offer friends who stop by this holiday or to take to a party. Most important, homemade cookies are a must to leave for Santa on Christmas Eve.

We have trolled our recipe archives and dug up as many cookie recipes as we could find. Here are the links. Pick a few and bake something new this holiday season.

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies – Originally posted for St. Patty's day but definitely good for Christmastime too.

Peppermint Crunch Fudge – Easy treat to make with the kids. Comes together in just 5 minutes.

Sugar Cookie Cut-Outs - Simple to make and fun for the kids to decorate.

Chocolate Peppermint Crinkles – Sugar coated and delicious. The kids can help with crushing the peppermint and rolling the dough in the sugar and candy mixture.

Double Chocolate Chunk Mint Cookies – Perfect for the chocolate lovers.

Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Cookies – Even better for chocolate lovers.

Almond Spritz Christmas Cookies – These tasty treats will be the first to go at Christmas parties.

Christmas Pinwheel Cookies – Colorful tasty, swirly cookies that look hard but are very easy.
