Holiday Fun Day 21—Midnight Madness in Annapolis

Bundle up and get ready to enjoy one of Annapolis's favorite holiday traditions—Midnight Madness! The streets of downtown are transformed into a winter wonderland, filled with carolers, holiday decorations, and great deals on gifts for all.

midnight madnessMidnight Madness takes place Thursdays in December (7, 14, 21, 2017) from 6 p.m. to midnight (11 p.m. on Dec. 21), as the shops, galleries and  from City Dock to Maryland Avenue and West Street stay open late serving up special deals, some libations, and other fun treats.

Kids can enjoy Snowflake Alley, a magically lit alleyway off Main Street, West Street's Holiday light canopy, as well as hot chocolate, carolers, and other live music, nad of course, the gorgeous Christmas tree at the base of Main Street.

To make parking easy, the City of Annapolis offers free Circulator buses, free 3-hour parking at metered spaces, free parking at the Calvert Street Parking Garage at 19 St. Johns Street between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., and the ​Gott's Court and Knighton Parking garages are $5 for all-day parking when you prepay at www.annapolisparking.com.
