‘Get Smart’ at Children’s Theatre of Annapolis

Get SmartThe Children’s Theatre of Annapolis presents “Get Smart” — a spoof from the classic television spy series of the 1960’s. The show will run Oct. 12-13 and 19-20 at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 13-14 and 20-21 at 2 p.m. at the Children’s Theatre of Annapolis.

The show is based on the plot of the first episode in the series, created by comedian Mel Brooks. The story centers around bungling secret agent Maxwell Smart, also known as Agent 86, played by Zachary Roth of Glen Burnie. His experienced female partner is Agent 99, with Meghan Dickey of Arnold in the role. Nick Brice of Annapolis takes on the role of “Chief,” the long-suffering head of the spy agency named CONTROL.

Tickets are $ 15, $12 for children 12 and under and adults 60 and over. Group rates are available for 10 or more attending the same show. For more information visit the Children’s Theatre of Annapolis’ website or call 410-757-2281.
