Calling all ghosts, goblins, witches and ghoulies—it’s time for trick-or-treating and there are plenty of family friendly events taking place throughout the community! Mark your calendars with these fun Halloween events!


Halloween Happening Haunted Barn and Hayrides
Oct. 8-10; 15-17; 22-24; 29-31. Scare up some thrills and chills at this haunted house and haunted maze and haunted hayride. 7pm-10pm. Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds, Crownsville.

Bennett’s Curse Haunted House
Oct. 1-2, Oct. 10, Oct. 17, Oct. 21, Oct. 24, Oct. 28: 7pm-9:30pm; Oct. 8, 9, 31: 7pm-10pm; Oct. 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30: 7pm-10:30pm. Spooktacular Treats

Garden Glow at Ladew Gardens

Día de los Muertos Virtual Family Celebration
Celebrate Día de los Muertos online with Ballet Folklórico Mi Herencia Mexicana and the Smithsonian American Art Museum as they demonstrate several Mexican folk dances including El Toro Viejo from Sinaloa and the popular, El Son de La Negra from Jalisco.
