The Winter/Spring application cycle for Grants 4 Teachers is now open. Anne Arundel County Public Schools teachers may apply for a grant of $100 to $500 for their school to provide unique educational experiences and/or innovative teaching opportunities for their classes.
Previous grants have provided funding to purchase musical instruments, aquaculture equipment, books for an early-reader book-lending program, and supplies for an art project to benefit cancer patients.
If you have a creative idea for a special project or experience for your students, submit your simple application by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, to the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County.
