Central Plaza in Harbor Point will come alive for the family friendly Harbor Point Ice Festival on Saturday, January 12, 2019.
From 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Central Plaza in Harbor Point (near Fells Point) will be transformed into a magical winter wonderland with twinkling lights, ice sculptures lining the walkways, live music, food & drink, kids crafts, and more! Ever wonder how those huge blocks of ice become beautiful works of art? Now you can watch the action up close as award-winning ice sculptors use chainsaws and chisels to create spectacular ice sculptures, and vote on your favorite! Admission to the event is free.
New this year is a VIP Experience for $55 per person .

$5 parking is available on lot P2305 at Harbor Point. The lot can be accessed from Dock Street (through the Exelon Building) and Caroline Street. You can also go to the Premium Parking website and check out lot P2305 – you can pay for your parking in advance and it is easy access to the Ice Festival.
