Young poets, photographers, artists and producers are asked to submit their creations inspired by Maryland’s outdoors to the 2014 Color Maryland Green contest.

“This contest marks one of our favorite events as we get to see firsthand the wonder of Maryland through the eyes and talents of our state’s young people,” said DNR Secretary Joseph P. Gill. “Nature-inspired activities such as Color Maryland Green provide youth the chance to share their excitement for the outdoors, while learning the importance of stewardship and conservation.”
