Baby’s First Christmas — it’s such a momentous occasion it’s on ornaments, picture frames, onesies and a host of other holiday accessories. But there’s definitely an art to having a happy holiday with an infant in tow.
“You can definitely do the things you want to do. You can share the baby and show off the baby, but you need to respect the needs of the baby,” says Dr. Esther Liu, chairman of the department of pediatrics at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. “Make sure you can easily accommodate those needs.”
