Monta Conrad, M.D.

  • We visited Dr. Conrad by accident. Our previous pediatrician had left the practice. I was used to having female doctors for my kids and was skeptical but I loved his demeanor with my kids, an 11-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy. He was frank and open in a great way that did not make either one feel uncomfortable.
  • He has been with us every step of the way since the birth of our son. He has helped us, as first-time parents, figure out how to be competent with our child's healthcare, without being over-reactive. My child always looks forward to his regular visits and trusts that Dr. Conrad will make him better when he is ill.
  • So caring towards my twins and so honest and helpful to me as a new mother. He has so much love and appreciation for the children he sees. He has so much knowledge about every little thing that I get concerned about and knows just what to say to make me understand and help me through whatever obstacle I have with my twins. He has been our go-to doctor from the twins' birth at the hospital until now (almost 2 years) and into the future.

Katherine Edwards, M.D.

  • I love that they have hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

Sefanit Fassil, M.D.

  • She cares about our children.
  • Dr. Fassil always makes us feel as if we are her only patients of the day. She has a great bedside manner. She sits, listens and asks questions. She answers all of my 4-year-old's questions.
  • She takes her time with us and answers all our questions. She's even called us at home to follow up. Her care is gentle and understanding!
  • My son has Down Syndrome and Dr Fassil has always been right on top of everything where he is concerned, from the very first time we met 5 years ago. She is always smiling. We love her!
  • From the very first meeting, she has always made us, as parents, feel secure. She has also always tried to form a bond with our daughter. I remember during our initial meeting when our little girl was just a baby, she would talk to her and make her the priority and it really put me at ease. Dr. Fassil always handles us with patience and understanding, and always plays with our daughter so it isn't just a traditional doctor visit! We're lucky to have found her.

Piyumi Foneska, M.D.

  • She is awesome and my 10-year-old loves coming to the office to see her!
  • She always seems to remember us and care how we are doing. Even when we had sick visits with other doctors in the practice, Dr. Fonseka would pop her head in our room to say hi and ask how the kids are doing.
  • Dr. Fonseka takes time to listen to and answer our questions and she makes an effort to get to know my son and our family. Knowing the patient and family helps in caring for the whole individual. She has a really warm personality and we also appreciate her professionalism.

Dwight Fortier, M.D.

  • Has always made the kids feel comfortable as well as myself. Always eases any concerns and has a great approach to helping the patient.

Gina Friel, C.P.N.P.

  • Very loving, great with every kid and parent who comes through the door. Well dressed. Cares about you—you're not just another patient.

Erik Haskins, M.D.

  • Dr. Haskins took the time to get to know our son from the day he was born. He makes you feel like your child is special, taking special attention to every need. He seemed excited about every new accomplishment my son had. He also recognized us when we were eating at a restaurant and came over to see how we were doing and see if our son was liking his outing experience. He made us feel as though he genuinely cared and was interested! He's amazing!
  • He is very intelligent and his depth of knowledge in pediatrics is profound. He also uses real life examples from his own children to help guide you in a direction for care for your child. He makes suggestions, not demands, and he is gentle and lighthearted, thorough, and very funny. My one-year-old loves him!
  • He is so down to earth and easy to communicate with. He takes his time when explaining things to me regarding my son's health and he makes me feel like my opinion is valued, which is important with your child's doctor.

Nicole Haughtling, C.P.N.P.

Valory Hill, M.D.

  • Dr. Hill has been our primary pediatrician for our 3-year-old and 16-month-old since they were born. She always greets us with a warm smile, always remembers what's going on with the boys, and even once called our home after hours to be sure we were doing okay after a double RSV diagnosis. We trust her completely and we know she cares about our boys; that means the world to us!
  • She's very personable and caring. She takes her time with our baby and answers all of our questions.
  • Great rapport with parents and kids; takes her time with her patients and listens to concerns.

Dana Kim, M.D.

  • Dr. Kim is a very knowledgeable, kind, caring doctor. She takes the time to explain procedures and medical terms. She focuses on the patient and family that she is with at that time. I never feel rushed or confused when I leave her office. With Dr. Kim, I know that my daughter is in great hands.
  • As my daughter got older, she wanted to see a doctor who was female. Dr. Kim made all of us feel welcome. At each visit Dr. Kim will talk to the parent to find out what is happening, concerns, and any other important information. Then she will talk to my daughter (the patient) to find out about her and her concerns. She then examines her, letting her know what she is doing and why. Afterwards she will go over her finds and recommendations with my daughter first (on her level) and then the parents. Excellent bedside manner!
  • Dr. Kim gives her patients 100% of her attention every time I take one of my kids to see her. She never makes her patients feel rushed and she is so kind, attentive and informative. She writes everything down for us and she always fully addresses all your questions. My kids all love Dr. Kim!

Mark Lester, M.D.

  • Dr. Lester is very attentive to my baby, always willing to listen to questions and provide advice, and he's very personable. He's been caring for my daughter since birth and I plan to stick with him!
  • Dr. Lester has supported our family and our daughter by providing thorough care for her special healthcare needs, specifically sickle cell. He provides transparent explanations and supports our family to help our daughter find the safest relief during a time of crisis in a timely manner. We are very proud to have him serve the needs of our children.
  • Dr. Lester saved our daughter's life. Enough said. Thank you.
  • Dr. Lester is an incredible doctor who is genuinely concerned for his patient's health. He is thorough and takes as much time as necessary to answer any parent's questions regarding various health concerns. He is truly a caring doctor who is great with kids. I would recommend him to any parent who is seeking pediatric care for their child.

  • He has been our doctor for almost 18 years. He takes great joy in knowing our four daughters. Very personable and so easy to talk to. Thorough with medical issues but doesn't overdo.
  • He is patient, thorough, and very engaging with the children. I always leave feeling well informed and happy with next steps if in for an injury or illness. He pays attention to all aspects of the child from all medical check boxes to understanding all the outlets and activities that are helping to make the child well rounded.

Crystal Malvoisin, M.D.

  • She goes above and beyond to help her patients, parents and co-workers.

John McGrath, M.D.

  • He always takes the time to listen to all my concerns with my daughters. He takes into account the whole picture with my girls not just the current concern.
  • Dr. McGrath has always provided practical and compassionate care for my son. He has been his doctor since the day he was born and I always request to go to him when I am dealing with a health issue that I can't solve with my regular mommy intuition. He pays attention to the parents' concerns about their own parenting and how that affects the child, which I have come to appreciate over the years. He is very trustworthy.
  • Dr. McGrath has the best bedside manner. Our boys feel so comfortable with [him]. He always explains things to us very clearly and makes sure we have no questions before we leave. And if we do come up with a question later, we can always call him.

  • Dr. Rice goes above and beyond most doctors these days. In addition to his job he volunteers to travel to South America to care for children. My three sons are all seen by Dr. Rice and my youngest with special needs is so loved and nurtured by Dr. Rice, I can not thank him enough for all of the time that he has taken to discuss the way forward and courses of action for him.
