Schools and community groups that want to order supplies for Tobacco-Free Kids Week have until Friday, Jan. 24.


Free supplised for TFK Week

Free supplies, including stickers, pencils, comic books and fliers, can be requested from the Learn To Live Line at the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, 410-222-7979. They can also be ordered from the Tobacco-Free Kids (TFK) Week page on the Smoking Stinks website, www.SmokingStinks.org.

Tobacco-Free Kids Week will be Feb. 9-15. Thousands of children and adults will celebrate smoke-free living with activities that include a T-shirt design contest. The TFK Week page of the Smoking Stinks website includes ideas for anti-tobacco activities and an order form for free supplies.

Tobacco-Free Kids Week is part of Smoking Stinks, a Learn To Live program from the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. Learn To Live encourages County residents to make healthy lifestyle changes that reduce their risk of cancer and other illnesses.
