I have spent my career working with children, families and couples who wish to address needs and improve strengths to overcome any barriers to behavioral and mental health. I focus on both individual and family therapy that includes both children and adult clients. I believe family participation is an important part of the therapeutic process with children and is encouraged for all families when treating a child or adolescent client. My practice style is strength-based and goal oriented. My therapeutic services are based on the needs of the individual and/or family. I have worked with various mental health needs including ADHD, depression, bipolar, behavioral acting-out and trauma victims.
