Help create a community art project at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum’s July 28 Folk Festival in St. Michaels.
“Stepping Out of the Boat” is the theme of the hands-on sculpture project partially sponsored by the Talbot County Arts Council. Led by noted mosaic artists Sue Stockman and Bobby Malzone, folk artist “Mama Girl” Mary Onley, and wood carver Eric Applegarth, the project is open to anyone at the festival to help beginning at 10 a.m. until the project is complete.
