Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown is on the run
Maryland Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown is running for governor but he’s also on the run squeezing in the crazy schedule of his blended family.
Brown has two children of his own, Rebecca, a freshman at University of Maryland, College Park, and Jonathan, 12, and one stepson, Anthony, 13. He and his wife, Karmen Walker Brown, are busy trying to keep up with his political schedule and the boys busy life. How does he do it? He schedules family time into his daily calendar. If he didn’t?
“It wouldn’t happen,” he says. “If you don’t schedule, budget it, you end up saying, ‘Where’s the family time?'”
