Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not after you — and after “Martha Marcy May Marlene,” you may trust your friends a little less, watch your back a little more. It’s a gripping, terrifying experience, the kind of film that leaves you with unease and confusion and all those feelings that won’t let you forget anything you just watched.
