I’ve got spring on the brain and in the kitchen, despite Mother Nature’s best efforts to keep winter hanging around a bit longer. When I think spring, I always think of bright green peas. I’ve been lucky enough to find fresh shelled English peas in my local grocery and warehouse store, making this quick and easy side dish all the more lovely. Can’t find fresh peas? No worries, a bag of frozen will do just fine.
