The Lake Waterford Park is a 108-acre park that encloses a 12-acre lake where families can do some shoreline fishing. The park also has a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground, and a picnic area. There are also natural trails for families with older children to go hiking. The Lake Waterford Park Playground has a large play area that includes bridges, tunnels, slides, a twisting slide, and both bucket swings and regular swings. There are restrooms close to the playground and picnic area and there is no entrance fee.
