Friends of Broadneck Park is holding two fundraisers this month to help us improve the playground at Broadneck Park.
Putt Putt for the Playground will be held Friday, July 13 from 2-9 p.m. at Severna Park Golf Center, 1257 Richie Hwy. in Arnold. A percentage of proceeds from mini-golf play will go to improve the playground.
A Touch a Truck fundraiser and food drive will be held Saturday, July 28 from 9-11:30 a.m. in Broadneck Park, parking lot closest to Greenholly entrance. Cost is $10 per family and at least one non-perishable food item. (rain date is July 29.) Bring the entire family to explore various vehicles up close! There will be a fire truck, trolley bus, bucket trucks, tractors and more.
Proceeds from both events will go to improving the playground at Broadneck Park and food items will go to My Brother’s Pantry,
