Grapefruit Avocado Spinach Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 grapefruit, sectioned and cut into smaller pieces
1 avocado
1 bunch spinach
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to make the dressing. Set aside. Toss together salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing.
