The 2nd Annual Progressive Education Summit, sponsored by City Neighbors Foundation, will be held on Saturday, January 28th. Registration is required, but there is no fee.
This year, we are excited to welcome Deborah Meier, school reformer and author, as the keynote speaker. Dr. Alonso is our guest speaker, and we also are excited to have Harvard Professor, Eleanor Duckworth, author of “The Having of Wonderful Ideas,” speaking in the afternoon.
Our Summit is one of the ways the City Neighbors Foundation is working to bring together educators and community from charter, traditional, and private schools to deepen our conversation around great education is in Baltimore. The day will also be filled with workshops led by teachers from all over Baltimore.
Registration for the event is open now at the City Neighbors Foundation website: cityneighborsfoundation.org.
