Rhonda Pindell Charles’s family has lived in Maryland since at least the Civil War. Hear her journey from student to attorney to the Annapolis City Council.
Rhonda Pindell Charles has been a part of the Parole community of Annapolis her entire life, including attending Parole Elementary, Annapolis Junior, and graduating from Annapolis Senior High School in 1972 as a scholar athlete.
Pindell Charles graduated from Morgan State University in 1976, and served as an Attorney with the Office of the Attorney General for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, as well as more than 20 years as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore City.
